Jesi Corcuera is expecting a baby girl!

The "StarStruck" alumnus and transgender man proudly made the gender reveal on Tuesday’s episode of “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda."

He also shared that he has given his baby girl the nickname "Ninja" for the meantime.

“Noong nalaman ko na buntis na ako, namili kami kaagad ng gamit. Tapos hindi ko alam ‘yung tawag doon sa baru-baruan. Ang tingin ko doon parang damit ng Ninja. So, sabi ko, ano ba ‘yung pang-Ninja na damit?” Jesi said of the meaning behind the nickname.

As for the reason behind why he wanted to have his own baby, Jesi opened up that there were times he couldn't understand his partner Camille’s life as a parent.

“May pagkakataon kasi na hindi ko naiintindihan si Camille as a parent. Parang may mga times na nagseselos ako. Isa ‘yon sa reason. And pag tumatanda ka na natatakot kang maging mag-isa," he said.

In the "Fast Talk" episode, Jesi also told Tito Boy he conceived his child via artificial insemination and that he had to stop taking hormones to prepare his body for the pregnancy.

Jesi announced his pregnancy through an Instagram post on Saturday.

Jesi was part of "StarStruck: The Next Level" which aired on GMA Network in 2006. His batchmates include Kris Bernal, Aljur Abrenica, and Chariz Solomon, among others.
