John Prats marks 10 years since proposing to wife Isabel Oli

It’s been 10 years since John Prats asked his wife Isabel Oli to marry him.

On Instagram, the actor shared throwback photos from his public proposal to Isabel in a mall ten years ago and looked back on their relationship over the years.

“10 years ago today, I got down on one knee and asked the love of my life to spend forever with me,” John wrote, adding that he could still remember the proposal like it was just yesterday.

"The butterflies in my stomach, the way my heart raced, and the overwhelming joy when you said ‘yes.’ That single word changed my life in the best possible way," he said.

John looked back on the life they've built together since he proposed, from every hardship and triumph to the countless unforgettable memories they've made.

The TV host and dancer also expressed how grateful he is to have Isabel by his side “through every high and low,” and for always loving, supporting, and believing in him.

He also thanked his wife for being the best partner, his best friend, his greatest love, and the most amazing mother to their children.

“I couldn’t imagine this journey without you. I love you more than words can say, and I’m excited for all the adventures and moments we’ll continue to share. Here’s to a lifetime of love, laughter, and endless memories. To God be the glory! I love you, wifey,” John said.

In response to her husband’s romantic post, Isabel simply wrote “10” accompanied by a red heart emoji in the comment section.

In a past interview with “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda,” Isabel revealed she nearly broke up with John before he proposed to her as she wondered what’s taking her husband to propose.

John proposed to Isabel in September 2014 with a surprise flash mob dance in a Quezon City mall.

The couple tied the knot in May 2015 and have three children: Feather, Freedom, and Forest.

In June, the Prats family started the construction of their dream house.
