EJ Obiena, GF Caroline Joyeux back in Paris for fashion week

EJ Obiena and his girlfriend Caroline Joyeux are back in the City of Love for Paris Fashion Week!

On his Instagram Stories, the world no. 3 pole vaulter shared a mirror selfie of him and Caroline, writing: “First day in Paris.”

He also shared an up close video of the Eiffel Tower and said that it is his first time seeing the famous landmark, despite being in Paris many times.

EJ and Caroline are set to make their debut in the Paris Fashion Week which runs from September 23 to October 1.

EJ was last in Paris for the 2024 Paris Olympics where he placed fourth, a huge jump from his 11th ranking in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

EJ and Caroline, a German athlete, have been together since 2020. They met at a training camp in Italy.

In an interview with "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," the Filipino athlete said Caroline is someone who makes him want to be a better person.

After the Olympics, Caroline told EJ, "You are a real fighter. I'm so proud of you. We will be back!"

Caroline was earlier in the Philippines for a vacation with EJ. During her stay in the country, she joined the International Coastal Cleanup Drive in Pasay City.
