Ruffa Gutierrez on daughter Venice's birthday: 'My youngest baby girl is no longer a teenager'
Ruffa Gutierrez's youngest daughter, Venice, just turned 20!
On Instagram, the proud mom greeted her daughter on her special day and posted some of their photos through the years.
"I can't believe that my youngest baby girl is no longer a teenager - Venice turns 20 today!" the actress wrote in the caption.
"It seemed like yesterday when I was holding you in my arms at Cedar Sinai, and now you're entering a new chapter in your life into adulthood with such grace, determination, and confidence," she added.
Ruffa also took the opportunity to remind her daughter to "study hard and chase your dreams, even when times get tough."
"I am so grateful and proud to be your mommy," she said.
"I wish I could hug you right now. I miss you so much and love you, my Venezia!" she added. "Be good."
Venice is currently in Texas to attend college. Her sister, Lorin, studies at Pepperdine University in California.
Ruffa was previously married to Turkish businessman Yilmaz Bektas, the father of Lorin and Venice.
After separating in 2007, Ruffa and Yilmaz were later granted an annulment. Ruffa has since been a single mom to her daughters.
Ruffa is currently in a relationship with actor-politician Herbert Bautista.
