Sunshine Cruz, Cesar Montano reunite for daughter Sam’s birthday 

Sunshine Cruz and Cesar Montano have reunited once again to celebrate their daughter Sam’s birthday!

On Instagram, Sunshine shared some snaps from Sam’s 20th birthday bash, which was attended by their families including Cesar's.

Among the photos she posted is a love family photo with her former husband and kids Angelina, Sam and Chesca. 

“We love you Sam! Happy 20th our princess,” Sunshine wrote. 

Cesar didn’t miss the opportunity to bond with his daughters by gamely dancing with them. On his Instagram account, he posted videos from when he joined Sam on stage for a duet. 

Previously, the former couple marked their daughter’s 20th birthday through a tribute post in their respective Instagram accounts.

This is not the first time the former couple reunited. In May, Sunshine and Cesar attended Chesca’s high school graduation ceremony. Last year, they also attended Sam's high school graduation ceremony together.  

Sunshine and Cesar separated in 2013, and now enjoy a blended family set-up. Sunshine expressed her gratitude for the support they have received for their modern family.

In a 2022 year-end post, Sunshine said that "love and forgiveness prevailed in our little family."
