Bianca Umali is learning to ride a motorcycle in honor of her late father

Bianca Umali is starting to learn how to ride a motorcycle to pay homage to her late father.

On Instagram, the Kapuso Prime Gem shared a photo of herself riding a big bike while clad in full gear.

While Bianca said she's learning to ride the motorcycle in preparation for a project she couldn't disclose yet, she also dedicated the activity to her late father.

"It was his ultimate dream for us to ride together," Bianca said in the caption.

"Well, now that I'm here, we may not be riding side by side, but I will surely be riding with him in my heart all the time," she added.

Bianca lost her father to a heart attack when she was just 10 years old. Her mom, meanwhile, died from breast cancer when she was five.

The Sparkle actress is set to star in the upcoming "Encantadia" spinoff series, " Sang'gre ." She will be joined by Angel Guardian , Faith Da Silva , and Kelvin Miranda .
