Ruffa Gutierrez tells daughter Lorin: 'Career muna bago love'
Ruffa Gutierrez did not miss the chance to greet her firstborn Lorin on social media on her 21st birthday.
On Instagram, the actress shared gorgeous portraits of her grownup daughter along with a birthday greeting.
"To my beautiful baby, who's now a 21-year-old young lady, congratulations on reaching this milestone," Ruffa began.
"Welcome to adulthood wherein you'll have to work hard and pay your own bills," she added.
Ruffa also said she commends her daughter for her dedication to her studies, for helping the community, and for being "the wonderful person" Lorin has become.
"May you continue to make us proud," she said. "Thank you for filling our lives with love and lots of laughter."
"Career muna bago ang love, k?" she ended.
Last month, Lorin made her mom a special guest in one of her TikTok videos.
Aside from Lorin, Ruffa has another daughter named Venice with her former husband, Yilmaz Bektas. They separated in 2007.
In June, Ruffa made her relationship with Herbert Bautista public after being together for four years.
