Heart Evangelista on Chiz Escudero's recent health scare: 'It was a scary episode'

Heart Evangelista said that her husband, Senate President Chiz Escudero, is now doing well after his recent health scare.

On Monday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," the Global Fashion Icon gave an update on Chiz's health.

"He had an episode. It was a scary episode but it was a wake up call for all of us that health is wealth," she said.

"And now he's doing very good. Everything is [perfect]," Heart added.

After his health scare, Heart said that she makes sure that everything is perfect when it comes to Chiz's health.

"Kasi if he goes, I go. You jump, I jump. I swear. Ako na lang mauna, 'di ko talaga kaya," he said.

Heart and Chiz recently graced the star-studded GMA Gala 2024 last week.

Following Chiz's Senate President post, Heart took oath in June as the new Senate Spouses Foundation president.

In the same interview, Heart also opened up on how she reacted after she found out about her new position.

In February, Heart and Chiz renewed their vows on Balesin Island.
