Claudine Barretto tells son Santino on 17th birthday: ‘You are my life’

Claudine Barretto is filled with love as her son Santino turns 17.

The actress shared a belated birthday message on Instagram, where she posted a series of photos and videos from Santino’s party.

Claudine recalled how back in 2007, “I gave birth to a son who for 17 years has only brought me immense joy.”

In her post, she told her son, “You, Santino, are my life, protector of mom and especially your Ate, Q, and Noah.”

"Please grow up to be the man God made you to be. Never hurt a woman, never hurt anyone. May all your dreams come true, my son," she said, as she promised to "do everything in my power to help you achieve” these dreams.

“I love you more than my life [because] you are my life,” Claudine said. “Enjoy exploring the world because that’s exactly what I will give you my son, the world.”

Santino is Claudine's son with former husband Raymart Santiago. The ex-couple reunited recently at their daughter Sabina's 20th birthday party.

Claudine’s comeback project “Lovers/Liars” aired its finale on GMA-7 in February. She co-starred with Yasser Marta and Shaira Diaz.
