Miss Universe Philippines 2021 2nd runner-up Steffi Aberasturi announces pregnancy
Miss Universe Philippines 2021 second runner-up Steffi Aberasturi and her husband, Karl Arcenas, are expecting their first baby!
The Cebuana beauty shared the exciting news on Instagram with a video of themselves holding a newspaper around different places in Australia.
“Karl & Steffi are going to be parents,” the customized newspaper said. “A baby is coming soon.”
"November 2024" was also printed on the paper.
In the caption of her "Bridgerton"-inspired post, Steffi said, “The besotted couple are happily looking forward to their future and their expanding family that will now be made the most respectable number of 3.”
She also greeted her husband a “happy 11 years.”
Among those who celebrated with the couple were Steffi’s fellow beauty queens, MJ Lastimosa, Pauline Amelinckx, Katrina Dimaranan, Victoria Velasquez Vincent, and more.
Steffi and Karl got engaged in January 2022.
Shortly after, Steffi officially ended her bid for the Miss Universe crown, saying “every end is a new beginning.”
Steffi and Karl tied the knot in December 2022.
