Benedict Cua's son is his mini-me in newest photos

Are we seeing two Benedicts or what?

Benedict Cua’s baby boy Aleck clearly takes after his father in a new set of photos that the vlogger posted on Instagram.

Benedict shared a photodump of his life recently, and it included a shot of the new dad cuddling his son, and another photo of the two of them looking at the camera with the exact same expression.

“Baobao looking more like dada, yes or yes?” Benedict said in his caption.

The dump had quite a lot of Aleck in it, including a heartwarming CCTV video of Benedict sunning his son, lulling him to sleep and giving him a kiss. He clearly enjoys fatherhood.

On social media late May, Benedict revealed his new life role as a father. He shared his nickname for Aleck: Baobao or Xiao Long Bao.

He said in a vlog that the past months have been the best of his life, and were spent dedicating himself to his son.

"Sometimes I would look at his hands and see my own hands in them," he said, pausing to control his emotions. "Dun ko na-realize na anak nga talaga kita at tatay na talaga ako."

In a message to his baby, Benedict promised to be actively present at every moment of his life and provide both his physical and emotional needs.

"I may not have answers all the time but I promise to seek guidance and be the best father that I can be," he said.

Through the months, Benedict has celebrated his first birthday as a dad and his first Father’s Day.

Benedict has also been sharing some heartwarming moments with his baby, including his photoshoot and cute videos.

Aside from being a content creator, Benedict has also dabbled in acting. He last appeared in the Kapuso series “Anak ni Waray vs. Anak ni Biday” starring Barbie Forteza and Kate Valdez.
