Michelle Dee to mom Melanie Marquez on her birthday: 'The G.O.A.T in my life'

Michelle Dee took to social media to wish her mom, Melanie Marquez, a happy birthday.

On Instagram, the Sparkle star and Miss Universe Philippines 2023 shared photos of themselves along with a short but meaningful message.

"Happy birthday to the G.O.A.T in my life," Michelle said. "No words can come close to how grateful I am to call you my mom."

G.O.A.T. is an acronym commonly used in sports, which means greatest of all time.

She ended her post by writing, "I love you."

Michelle and Melanie attended the recent Binibining Pilipinas coronation night together. Like Michelle, Melanie is also a beauty queen and won Miss International 1979.

Last April, they graced an episode of "It's Showtime," where Michelle became a searcher on EXpecially For You.

Last year, mother and daughter were also part of the October cover of Vogue Philippines, along with fellow queens Catriona Gray, Megan Young, and R’Bonney Gabriel.
