Mikael Daez says 'dancerist wife' Megan Young helped him with 'Running Man' concert choreography

Mikael Daez has his “dancerist wife” Megan Young to thank after the successful “Running Man Philippines” opening performance at the Run 2 U concert last weekend.

In the Kapuso actor’s latest Instagram Reel, he said he was unable to attend rehearsals with his fellow Runners because of prior commitments.

“That left me with my dancerist wife to teach me how to do the choreography,” Mikael said. “Kaya eto, nagkaroon ng video na ganito but in fairness, proud ako sa achievement namin.”

Megan could be seen patiently guiding Mikael on how to do the dance steps, but they couldn't help but laugh at themselves the whole time.

“Pinagsama dalawang bano sa sayaw,” Megan said.

Megan also told Mikael, “Fofo, dancer mindset. Eme mindset. Confidence is key.”

Mikael also said it was a “once-in-a-lifetime chance to perform” and meet up with the OG cast of “Running Man” at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

“And to the Runners, labyu guys! Alam niyo naman yun,” Mikael said. “PS. Bonez, we should dance more! Hahaha,” he added.

Running Man Philippines,” the local adaptation of the hilarious South Korean reality show, premiered in 2022. Joining Kap Mikael are Glaiza De Castro, Buboy Villar, Kokoy De Santos, Angel Guardian, Lexi Gonzales, and Miguel Tanfelix.

Angel was named the first Ultimate Runner.

Sandara Park, Josh of SB19, and HaHa are among the guests this season.

In January, Megan visited Mikael in Seoul, South Korea where he was filming the second season of “Running Man Philippines.” They also celebrated their 13th anniversary that month.
