Mo Twister reveals separation from Angelicopter: 'I got dumped on our third wedding anniversary'

Mo Twister has confirmed his separation from his wife, Angelika Schmeig, better known as Angelicopter.

In Episode 56 of "Good Times with Mo: The Podcast Year 13," Mo said the split happened on what should've been their third wedding anniversary in June.

"I got dumped on our [third] wedding anniversary," the DJ said in the podcast.

"I don't want to talk about it extensively just yet, but that day, I don't think she knew it was our wedding anniversary," he added. "So, that sucks for me."

Mo didn't disclose the "root cause" of their separation, but in Episode 60 of "Good Times with Mo," he expounded on their breakup, saying there are differences between their personalities and that Angelika is the decision-maker in their relationship.

"There's a strong personality and a non-strong personality. And the strong personality tends to win, and I'm okay with that," Mo said.

"Now, when she said [we've been] having a hard time since January, I don't know if it goes as far back as January, but it's been a couple of months," he added.

Mo also said they have different lifestyles, especially with dealing with vices like alcohol consumption.

"I don't live the lifestyle that she lives, I don't drink," he said. "That's not fun for me."

"And if I see it all the time, that's not a life I want," he added.

According to Mo, he and Angelika will be filing a divorce soon.

Mo and Angelika got married in Iceland in June 2021.

The ex-couple has a daughter named Amsterdam. Angelika also has a son named Lucas, and Mo also has a daughter named Moira.
