CongTV and Viy Cortez turn emotional as they exchange vows in wedding video

CongTV and Viy Cortez turned emotional in their touching and on-brand wedding vows.

In their wedding video by Bob Nicolas, the couple were shown reflecting on their relationship.

Cong looked back on when he and Viy did not have their current success. The vlogger said that although they did not have much back then, “Tayo ang pinaka masaya.” One time, Cong’s motorcycle, which he named Warsak, was loaded with P20 gas by Viy and they drove all around Laguna.

“Pero bukod kay Warsak ay hindi mo alam ay kinargahan mo rin ako noong inabutan mo ‘kong halos paubos na rin ang gasolina ng buhay,” Cong said. “Inabutan mo ‘kong hingal, inabutan mo ‘kong pagal. Pero dahil sa ‘yo, lagi na ‘kong full tank.”

For her vows, Viy thanked the Lord for giving her Cong.

“Ibinigay mo ‘ko sa tamang tao,” she said.

“’Di ko kailangan magalala sa bukas dahil alam kong sage ako sa mga kamay mo,” the vlogger and businesswoman told Cong. “Napaka buti ng puso mo at napaka buti mong ama. Wala na ‘kong hihilingin pa.”

On their wedding day, Cong said they had finally become one after nine years.

“Maraming salamat sa pagmamahal at sa tiwalang ibinigay mo sa ‘kin sa siyam na taon. Salamat sa pagkakataon din na suklian ang lahat ng ginawa mong sakripisyo para sa ating relasyon habangbuhay. “Deserve mo ang the best, Viviys,” Cong said.

He added that they will continue to give a loving and happy life for their son Kidlat and their future children.

“At pinapangako ko rin sa ‘yo na madali mo na ‘kong aayain mag-Tiktok,” Cong said.

“Sabi mo ‘yan ah,” Viy laughed.

To end his vows, Cong said that he will now be the one to add fuel to Viy’s life, like what she did back then.

“Ang ganda nun,” Viy said, and the couple high-fived.

The wedding video also revealed that Cong gave Viy an Hermes Birkin bag, whereas Viy gave Cong a Rolex. Moments from their wedding such as their first kiss as husband and wife, their first dance, the reception’s fireworks, and many more were also seen.

The top content creators exchanged their vows on June 17 at the L’Annunziata Parish Church in Muntinlupa City. Cong dressed up in a black suit by Francis Libiran, while Viy wowed in a custom Leo Almodal wedding gown.

Viy and Cong got engaged in 2022. They welcomed their son, Kidlat, in the same year.

In early June, the couple held a pamamanhikan with their families just a few days before their wedding.

Before tying the knot, Cong and Viy had their prenup shoots in Japan and at the beach.

Days after the wedding, the couple teased that they were off to their honeymoon.
