Kim Seon Ho, Go Youn Jung to star in new Netflix rom-com

Kim Seon Ho is set to star in an upcoming Netflix romantic comedy series along with Go Youn Jung!

Netflix announced the new series on Thursday, posting photos from what seems to be a script reading session.

Titled "Can This Love Be Translated," the series is the latest offering from the Hong sisters, the creators behind "Hotel del Luna" and "Alchemy of Souls."

According to Soompi, other cast members include Sota Fukushi, Lee Yi Dam, and Choi Woo Sung.

The story follows a multilingual interpreter named Joo Ho Jin (Kim Seon Ho), who becomes the translator for global superstar Cha Mu Hee (Go Youn Jung).

Kim Seon Ho is known for playing Han Ji Pyeong in "Start-Up" and Chief Hong in "Hometown Cha-cha-cha." He also starred in the film "The Childe."

Go Youn Jung, meanwhile, starred in "Sweet Home," "Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow," and "Moving."

Kim Seon Ho was in the Philippines last April for a fan meeting. He also visited last year and posed for a photo in front of his billboards along EDSA as brand ambassador for local retail brand Bench.
