Kris Bernal, Perry Choi celebrate daughter Hailee's christening
Kris Bernal and her husband Perry Choi just celebrated the christening of their daughter, Hailee Lucca!
On Instagram, Kris marked the special occasion by sharing photos captured by Nice Print Photography from the celebration.
"Christening day of Hailee Lucca B. Choi," she wrote in the caption. "May the Holy Spirit guide your steps and may you be protected by your guardian angels all your days! What a beautiful celebration it was, with family and friends."
The christening was held at the St. Alphonsus Mary de Liguori Parish in Makati and the celebration at Chinese restaurant China Blue in Conrad Manila in Pasay.
According to Kris' post, Hailee donned an intricate bespoke baptismal dress from Beyond White Baby. The actress also shared her outfit for the special event: a three-piece ensemble that can be worn in two ways, custom-made by Atelier Beyond White.
Kris and businessman Perry Choi tied the knot in 2021. The couple announced their pregnancy in March 2023 and welcomed their first child, Hailee Lucca, in August of the same year.
In February this year, Kris shared to her fans that motherhood is her "favorite era" and that being a mom makes her heart feel full even though it can get suffocating.
In an interview with Dr. Anna Tuazon for "Share Ko Lang" last month, Kris admitted that she misses her old life, adding that it's okay to acknowledge the challenges of motherhood and how it isn't all rainbows and butterflies.
