Ninong Ry is now a dad!

Ninong Ry is welcoming a new era in his life: fatherhood!

The food vlogger shared the good news on Instagram by posting a photo of his newborn child they named Rue. 

“Siya ang nagdala pero ako ang kamukha," Ninong Ry began his joyous announcement.

"Welcome sa mundong ito, Rue! Daddy Ry era starts now,” he added.

Fellow content creators and celebrities such as Luis Manzano, Mimiyuuuh, Wendell Ramos, and Sam YG sent in their congratulations to the new dad in the comment section.

Ninong Ry, whose real name is Ryan, has captivated Filipino netizens with his down-to-earth, real-talk cooking and food-related videos. On YouTube, he has already amassed nearly two million subscribers.

In a December 2023 interview on “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda,” the internet personality believed it was luck that thrusted him to the limelight.

Ninong Ry has become so popular that in June of last year, Michael V. impersonated Ninong Ry with a character he called "Ninong Cry" in an episode of "Bubble Gang."

The Internet's Favorite Ninong couldn't hide his joy. 

He previously collaborated with Bea Alonzo for a cooking challenge on her vlog, and sometime in 2022, Ninong Ry even went to the San Juan City male dormitory and cooked a delicious meal for the detainees there.

He was also part of the online series "Pinoy Christmas in our Hearts," a collaboration between GMA Public Affairs and YouTube.
