Gary Estrada on co-parenting with Cheska Diaz: 'Magkaibigan kami'

Despite being ex-lovers, Gary Estrada and Cheska Diaz have remained friends.

On Monday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," the former matinee idol said that he and Cheska, the mother of his eldest son Kiko Estrada, are in a co-parenting setup for 28 years and are still friends after all this time.

"Magkaibigan kami. Definitely. It ended well," he said.

According to Gary, he and Cheska rarely talk to each other as they both have their own lives now.

"Actually wala naman kaming masyadong pinag-aawayan. Wala naman kaming masyadong pinag-uusapan. Dahil unang-una, she's married now and I'm married also. 'Pag may problemang malaki na lang siguro 'yong anak namin. If ever," the newly minted Sparkle actor said.

Gary has been married to actress Bernadette Allyson since 2001. They have three daughters Garielle Bernice, Garianna Beatrice, and Gianna Bettina.

Gary was among the stars who signed a contract with Sparkle on Thursday, May 16.
