Dennis Trillo tells Jennylyn Mercado on her birthday: 'Forever kaming grateful sa iyo'
Dennis Trillo is overflowing with love on Jennylyn Mercado's 37th birthday.
The Kapuso Drama King posted a video of his wife looking out into a scenic mountain view. In his caption, Dennis started his birthday greeting with a funny pickup line.
“Knock knock, who’s there? BAKAL. BAKAL who? BAKAL lalu mo akong Mahalin pag nakita mo ito,” he said.
Dennis continued to say that he and their family will always be there for Jennylyn.
“Sa aming ILAW ng tahanan, na higit pa sa pag bibigay ng Liwanag ang alay sa aming pamilya. Nais kong ipaalala sa iyo, na nandito kami para sa iyo sa bawat oras, mamahalin at aalagaan,” he said.
“Maligayang Kaarawan mahal ko…. forever kaming grateful sa iyo," he added.
Jennylyn and Dennis have been together since 2014. The couple got engaged and then married in 2021. Dylan is their first child together, whom they welcomed in 2022.
Jennylyn and Dennis are set to star in their first movie together after 14 years, titled "Everything About My Wife," which is a romantic comedy and a Philippine adaptation of an Argentinian film.
The film is about a couple who always argue. Sam Milby will join the Kapuso stars.
Jennylyn’s comeback series “Love. Die. Repeat,” aired its finale in March.
Meanwhile, Dennis is set to play his first major kontrabida role in the biggest historical drama of the year, “Pulang Araw.”
