John Estrada's wife Priscilla Meirelles on Janice de Belen: 'She's a wonderful person'

John Estrada's wife Priscilla Meirelles has nothing but appreciation for her husband's ex-wife, Janice de Belen.

On Monday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," the Brazilian beauty queen opened up about her relationship with her stepchildren and their mom Janice.

According to Priscilla, she was never close with Janice but appreciated her a lot when the latter reached out to her at the time she was dealing with problems last year.

"Na-appreciate ko siya nang sobra kasi last year actually nag-reach out siya sa akin. You know woman to woman. She was very kind and I appreciate that. You know because we're never close eh," she shared.

"Of course woman to woman I think she can feel me and I think she understands where I'm coming from. I think she appreciates the fact that I'm good to her kids. They love me and I love them," the Miss Earth 2004 added.

Priscilla also said that Janice reaching out to her during her trying times "means a lot to her."

"It shows who she is as a person. You know I admire her for that. I think she's a wonderful person," she added.

When it comes to John and Janice's children Inah, Moira, Kaila, and Yuan, the model turned actress shared that she is very close with them.

"I've seen them growing up. And then ang tawag nila sa akin ay Ate kasi medyo malayo 'yung age gap namin," she said.

The 40-year-old also described her stepchildren as "very sweet" who are "always there for her" every time she faces trials.

"They reach out, and I appreciate that very much. And they know that no matter what, whenever they need, I'm here. I'm just a phone call away, a text away. I'll be there for them," she said.

Janice and John got married in 1992. Their marriage was annulled in 2004.

In 2007, John and Priscilla confirmed their relationship and tied the knot in 2011. The couple have one daughter named Sammanta Anechka born in 2012.
