Yasmien Kurdi introduces newborn daughter to the world, reveals her name
Meet Yasmien Kurdi's newborn daughter!
On Instagram, Wednesday, Yasmien shared a video of her little one peacefully sleeping on a crib.
"Hello, I'm new here! My name is Raya Layla and I'm the new ruler of the cutie pies," she wrote in the caption.
The Sparkle actress said Raya was born on April 28. She previously said that she gave birth via caesarean section and shared her birth story.
In the comments, several celebrities congratulated Yasmien and gushed over Raya's cuteness.
"She’s so precious," Iya Villania said. "Angel face."
Raya is Yasmien's second child after Ayesha Zara, who is now 11 years old. Both of them are born on the Year of the Dragon.
Yasmien is married to commercial pilot Rey Soldevilla. They tied the knot in 2012.
The couple announced they are expecting their second child in November. They later shared that they are having a baby girl.
