Max Collins, Pancho Magno in talks to file for divorce
Max Collins said that she and Pancho Magno have already talked about filing for divorce, which they plan to accomplish soon.
In Aubrey Carampel's report on "24 Oras," Thursday, the Kapuso actress said that as an American citizen, so she can file for divorce.
Max confirmed her separation from Pancho last year. The couple, who got married in 2017, are co-parenting their son Skye.
"Because I'm an American citizen, I'll divorce," Max said. "It's not active as of now. But soon; we already talked about it, that's something we're working on."
Despite their separation, Max said that she and Pancho are OK.
"We're good, we're great. It really works for us, very healthy, and we're both happy and our son is very happy, so really it worked out for the best," she said.
Max said that she's open to dating again, but she's more careful when entering a new relationship because of her previous experience.
"Ako, I don't believe in marriage. No, I'm sorry, I don't. I mean, I don't personally. I believe in marriage for everyone else. I think for me, I feel like hindi 'yun 'yung basehan of what love means to be married, no. You can still love each other and be together without being married," she said.
"It's really a commitment, so even if you are marrying each other, that doesn't mean you'll be together forever."
In 2021, Max and Pancho two sparked breakup rumors when they held separate birthday parties for their son.
