Tippy Dos Santos reveals mom's last message before the tragic accident that claimed her life
It’s been three months since Tippy Dos Santos’ mom Happy figured in a tragic accident in South Korea.
On Instagram, the artist and lawyer remembered the fateful day and wrote a short but heartfelt message for her mother, that betrayed her fresh grief.
“Today marks the 3rd month since the accident. Today also marks the 3rd month since we last received a message from you,” Tippy began in her post, as she shared the last message her mother sent to her.
As seen in the post, Happy sent her daughter a photo of her and her husband John arriving at the Incheon International Airport in South Korea on December 27, just a few hours before the couple figured in a vehicular accident.
“Everyday I still wish my phone would light up and notify ‘Momma Babe sent you a message’ — and it pains me to keep wishing but know it never will again,” Tippy added.
Ending her post, the Filipina-American singer expressed how much her family misses her mom.
“We miss you, Mom. Every second of every day,” she ended.
Tippy's parents, Happy and John, were involved in a vehicular accident upon their arrival in South Korea last December 27.
John was able to recover from his injuries, but Happy slipped into a coma in the intensive care unit (ICU) before passing.
In January, Tippy honored her mother on her first birthday since her tragic death.
Earlier this month, she penned a letter to her late mom where she said: “Your absence left a hole in our hearts.”
