Jake Ejercito grateful to Andi Eigenmann's fiancé Philmar Alipayo for taking care of Ellie

Jake Ejercito expressed his gratitude to Andi Eigenmann's fiancé, Philmar Alipayo, for treating Ellie like his own child.

In Ogie Diaz's latest vlog, the Filipino actor said he had met Philmar a few times when he visited Ellie in Siargao.

"He's been kind and courteous, nakapunta na ako sa bahay nila," Jake said.

"Thankful din ako sa kaniya kasi s'yempre, si Ellie, nakatira sa bahay nila, 'di ba?" he added. "And as a stepfather, I'm sure inaalagaan niya rin si Ellie."

Jake also said he is sure her daughter is "in good hands" with the engaged couple, Andi and Philmar.

"Wala naman reklamo si Ellie sakin about him, so very grateful ako na ganu'n, na hindi ko siya iniisip or pinoproblema," he said. "For that, talagang nagpapasalamat ako."

In the same vlog, Jake opened up about open communication with Andi in co-parenting Ellie.

Andi is currently based in Siargao with her fiancé, Philmar Alipayo. They have two children, Lilo and Koa.
