Jake Ejercito on co-parenting with Andi Eigenmann: 'Anything for Ellie'

Jake Ejercito said co-parenting his daughter Ellie with his former girlfriend Andi Eigenmann is going great.

In Ogie Diaz's latest vlog, the 33-year-old actor said he and Andi are not the best of friends, but they made amends for the sake of their daughter. 

"We're not the best of friends pero para kay Ellie, s'yempre we want what is best for her," he said.

Jake also added that he and Andi talk "when needed," and that the "line is always open" between them.

"Open communication, I think, is what's most important in co-parenting," he said.

"Noong December, nag-US kami ni Ellie ng medyo matagal-tagal, s'yempre magpapaalam, pumapayag naman," he added.

In 2021, Andi said she and Jake are "seeing eye-to-eye" when it comes to their daughter.

"I guess it's because we have the same priority, and that's Ellie," she told GMA News Online.

Andi is currently based in Siargao with her fiancé, Philmar Alipayo. They have two children, Lilo and Koa.
