Joyce Pring shares key takeaway from her wedding brides can learn from: 'Not everything will be perfect'

Joyce Pring shares key takeaway from her wedding four years ago brides can learn from: 'Not everything will be perfect'

It's been four years since Joyce Pring married Juancho Triviño and on Instagram, the Kapuso host and podcaster shared her biggest takeaway from her life event that brides can maybe learn from: "Not everything will be perfect on your wedding day," she said on Instagram.

Posting snaps and highlighting little details, Joyce said "don't sweat the small stuff!"

"Soak everything in and smile and have the best time," she added.

According to Joyce, she now just laughs at "all the things that didn’t go as planned."

Mrs. Triviño — yihee! — described herself as a "bridechilla," who was so relaxed, her wedding organizer got so stressed whenever she said "kayo na bahala."

Crediting her experience as a TV and events host, Joyce said, "I’ve been around enough big events to know that you have to be 'major on the major, and minor on the minor'."

"As long as we got married and majority of the people were happy, I was fine. It was OUR day and NOTHING was gonna ruin it," she continued.

Among the details Joyce highlighted were her short sparkly nails and wearing boots.

She said she could never survive long nails so she wasn't going to make wedding day the exemption.

Meanwhile, the boots, which was "the same pair of boots that I had worn almost every episode of 'Unang Hirit that Juancho and I were together" signified a "culmination" to a season in Joyce's life.

"I’ve also always loved wearing boots since I was single so it made sense as a kind of culmination to that season of my life," she wrote.

Clearly basking in the memory of her special day, Joyce said her wedding "passed by so quickly I sometimes wish I could Black Mirror myself back to that day and just experience it all over again!!!"

Joyce was talking about her 2020 wedding celebration, which followed a secret ceremony she and Juancho had in October 2019.

They now have two kids, Eliam and Agnes, and are building their dream house.
