Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque have separated after three years together.
The formerly engaged couple have been surrounded by breakup rumors recently, and the split was confirmed by Boy Abunda on Tuesday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda."
Fans have expressed sadness on the news, as Valentine's Day is just around the corner and the couple was expected to tie the knot this year.

July 2021: Dating rumors
Bea and Dominic sparked dating rumors when the actor was spotted leaving a kiss emoji on Bea’s Instagram post in July 2021.
Shortly after that, Bea shared a "photo dump" of her road trip across California with Dominic in it, fanning further speculations among fans. She also shared a photo of them taken from above at Yosemite National Park and simply captioned it with a red heart.
August 2021: Bea officially confirms relationship with Dominic
In August 2021, Bea confirmed her relationship with Dominic in a "24 Oras" interview with Nelson Canlas.
According to Bea, they were friends for years before they became a couple. The pair's love story began during a spontaneous trip to Japan.
November 2022: Trip to Italy and Switzerland
Bea and Dominic shared the same love for traveling. In November 2022, they visited several cities in Italy, such as Milan and Verona.
The couple also explored the snowy mountains of Switzerland where they ascended Mt. Titlis and Mt. Pilatus in Lucerne, enjoying the magnificent views of the Swiss Alps.
March 2023: Bea weighs in on having kids with Dominic
In a vlog with social media personality Small Laude, Bea said that she wants to have a kid with Dominic someday.
"Sayang naman 'yung lahi," the actress said.
June 2023: Engagement rumors
Two years into their relationship, Bea was hounded with engagement rumors after Dominic shared romantic beach photos of them in Amanpulo, Palawan.
Bea debunked the speculations, saying that those beach photos were taken "few years ago."
July 2023: Dominic proposes to Bea
A few weeks after her statement, Dominic proposed to Bea on July 18, 2023 in Las Casas Quezon City.
Bea was surprised with the proposal, saying that she thought she was only there for a photoshoot. Her family also witnessed the special moment.
July 2023: First public appearance as engaged couple
Bea and Dominic first publicly appeared as an engaged couple during last year's GMA Gala.
Right after the event, the pair flew to Singapore to enjoy some time together and celebrate their engagement.

In September, the couple went on a trip to Europe, once again visiting cities in Italy and Switzerland.
In an Instagram post, Bea called Dominic her “favorite human.”
December 2023: Bea and Dominic seal love padlock during winter holiday in Japan
Before ending 2023, Bea and Dominic explored Sapporo and Niseko in Hokkaido during the holidays. They enjoyed winter sports like skiing and snowboarding.
The couple put their names in a love padlock and sealed it on the railings of the Bell of Happiness in Mount Moiwa. This popular tradition is believed to bring good luck and long-lasting relationships to lovers.
January 2024: Wedding plans, breakup rumors
Bea and Dominic's wedding was expected to take place this year. Dominic said his close friend Kathryn Bernardo is invited to the ceremony, while Bea previously said her long-time on-screen partner John Lloyd Cruz is also one of their guests.
However, breakups rumors began to circulate online. Asked about their wedding plans, the Kapuso actress kept mum about it. “I'll tell you kapag meron na akong idea. Right now, wala pa.”
She said nothing is “final yet” and that they are “very busy.”
