Chesca Kramer says homeschooling is 'character-building for both parent and child'

Chesca Kramer shared how homeschooling has been beneficial for her family.

The actress posted an Instagram Reel of teaching her youngest child Gavin with the help of various booklets and worksheets.

"I haven't been consistent with homeschooling Gavin lately. But today, I had the chance to spend the afternoon teaching him again,” Chesca said.

“It hit me once more that patience is key, and God gives us the grace we need on tough days,” she added.

Despite the challenges, Chesca said she feels “so blessed” to teach her kids.

“Homeschooling is truly character-building for both parent and child,” she said.

“It's not just hard work; it's a lot of heart work too,” she added.

Chesca and her husband Doug Kramer have three kids: Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin.

Kendra and Scarlett have already finished their homeschooling journey and are now in regular schools.
