Bea Alonzo, Dominic Roque seal a love padlock in Japan
Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque professed their forever love through a padlock in Japan.
In Bea's latest vlog, the Kapuso actress shared bits and pieces of the tourist attractions she and Dominic visited in Sapporo, one of which was Mount Moiwa.
In Mt. Moiwa, the engaged couple joined the trend of putting their names in a love padlock then sealed it on the railings of the Bell of Happiness. This practice is believed to bring good luck and long-lasting relationships to lovers.
"We just purchased a padlock, ilagay natin 'yung names natin and then i-la-lock natin dito sa Mount Moiwa," Bea said.
"On the other side, we put our wedding date, so s'yempre 'di namin ipapakita sa inyo," she teased.
Bea and Dominic got engaged in July after being in a relationship since 2021. They first publicly appeared as an engaged couple during last year's GMA Gala. They are set to tie the knot sometime this year.
Earlier this month, Dominic said Kathryn Bernardo is invited to their wedding.
Bea and Dominic explored Sapporo and Niseko in Hokkaido during the holidays. They enjoyed winter sports like skiing and snowboarding.
