Kylie Padilla is choosing herself this year.
On Instagram, the actress and mom of two shared a heartfelt personal statement along with photos of herself.
“Actively choosing myself this year. Being honest, more protective of my energy but stepping out of my comfort zones. Applying forgiveness where I can,” Kylie said.
She also highlighted the importance of one’s mental conditioning.
“Most of the war in the mind is mental conditioning and bad habits. Most of the self talk is untrue and all lies. You can improve, grow and change. It’s life. So don’t sweat the small stuff,” she added.
This positive post is a testament that Kylie is ready for new things and grow.
Early this January, the actress opened up about how her separation from ex-husband Aljur Abrenica affected her.
Kylie parted ways with Aljur Abrenica in 2021. Aljur later admitted that he cheated on Kylie.
Following the separation, Kylie and their sons, Alas and Axl, moved into their new home.
Aside from appearing in “Black Rider,” Kylie is set to return as Amihan in “Sang’gre: Encantadia Chronicles.”
She also recently unleashed her inner rockstar during a fundraiser performance with the band Hilera.
