Doug Kramer and Chesca Garcia share family goals for 2024

Team Kramer are real family goals!

Doug Kramer and Chesca Garcia shared on Instagram their first family meeting of 2024 with kids Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin.

According to Doug, they "spoke not just as parents but as accountability partners."

"We allowed the kids to also correct us if we're not following what we committed," he explained, adding  kids should be allowed to share their thoughts directly with their parents.

“FYI, this is a good way for parents and children to have better communication with each other,” the former basketball player said.

Team Kramer pondered on two things “What can I sacrifice to use our time more wisely?” and “What can I improve on?”

As each of them gave thoughtful answers, Chesca's stood out for its comedic relief. "Stay Perfect. JK!" She began before giving her thoughtful answers. Self-control and patience are two things she can sacrifice while she acknowledged she needed to improve on relaxing and to stop overthinking.

Before ending his post, Doug said, “We need God's grace to be consistent and do this. But we also know God will help us throughout.”

He added, “Cheers to a happy new year!! 2024 here we go!”

Doug and Chesca have been married since 2008.

Team Kramer is also made up of their three stunning and talented children, Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin.

The exemplary family spent 2023 going on several trips including Hong Kong, Boracay, and a month-long Europe expedition.

A blessed 2024, Team Kramer!
