Rob Gomez and Shaila Rebortera's daughter Amelia gets baptized
Amid controversies, Rob Gomez shared photos taken during the christening of Amelia, his daughter with former beauty queen Shaila Rebortera.
"I love you 3000. TYG for this day," Rob captioned his post on Instagram. He also marked when the occasion happened — 12.17.23 or December 17, 2023 — and used the hashtag #2305.
Rob has been in the center of controversies involving his "Magandang. Dilag" costars Herlene Budol and Bianca Manalo after screengrabs of their alleged conversations were posted on Rob's social media channels.
Both women have denied the allegations, with Rob only saying he was not in possession of his phone when the screengrabs were leaked. They have since been deleted.
Rob and Shaila's relationship has been shrouded in issues after Rob appeared on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" last August and said that he was single.
A few weeks later, the actor apologized and introduced Shaila and Amelia to the public. In October, he said he hoped to fix his relationship with Shaila and in November, he said everything was going great, and revealed his Christmas wish: To be able to take the beauty queen and Amelia to Japan for some quality time as a family.
Rob currently stars with Claudine Barretto, Polo Ravales, Shaira Diaz and more in "Lovers/Liars." It airs Monday to Thursday on GMA Telebabad at 9:35 p.m. after "Love Before Sunrise."
