Sarah Geronimo promotes Matteo Guidicelli's MMFF film 'Pedro Penduko' with funny skit
Sarah Geronimo has been using TikTok actively as of late, and she took the opportunity to promote her husband Matteo Guidicelli's film "Pedro Penduko."
In her latest video, Sarah delivered a speech where she acted all confused, while uttering the words, "Pagkatapos ng lahat nang nangyari, hindi ko pa rin maintindihan."
"Nalilito pa rin ako," she said. "Hindi ko maintindihan, hindi ako sigurado. Manggagaway ka ba talaga o mananambal?"
To this, Matteo replied, "I'm a loving husband," followed by a laugh.
Toward the end of the video, Sarah said, "Pedro Penduko on December 25."
Previously, Matteo shared some "Tatak Pinoy" costumes for the action film.
In August, Matteo took his fans behind the scenes on the set of "Penduko." The movie was written and directed by JP Laxamana. It also stars Albert Martinez, John Arcilla, and Kylie Versoza, among others. It's one of the entries to the Metro Manila Film Festival.
"Pedro Penduko" is among the Philippines' most iconic fictional characters. He is an ordinary yet resourceful human who battles evil forces with the help of an amulet.
Among the stars who portrayed him in the past were Efren Reyes Sr., Ramon Zamora, Janno Gibbs, and Matt Evans.
"Pedro Penduko" will hit the local cinemas on Christmas Day.
