Shaira Diaz on marrying EA Guzman: ‘After graduation tayo magpakasal’

Shaira Diaz is confident she is ready to marry her longtime boyfriend, EA Guzman.

In Thursday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” the “Unang Hirit” mainstay host said when the time comes for EA to propose to her, the answer will be a solid yes.

Her only request is to plan their wedding after her graduation in August next year. 

“After graduation tayo magpakasal,” Shaira said, pertaining to EA.

Shaira said what she likes about her relationship with EA is their openness about each other’s timelines.

“Pinaplano namin, inaalam namin kung ano ‘yung magiging timeline ng bawat isa para alam namin kung ano ‘yung next move namin,” she said.

“Sinecure namin ‘yung isa’t isa, lalo na si Baba [EA], sinecure niya [ako] na, ‘kahit abutin tayo ng ilang taon, maghihintay ako’,” she added.

In May, Shaira turned emotional when she wore a toga and a graduation cap for an “Unang Hirit” segment.

Shaira returned to school in 2019 while also juggling showbiz work. She is taking up marketing and management at the University of Perpetual Help in Las Piñas City.

In February, Shaira and EA celebrated 10 years of being together.
