Ben&Ben's Paolo Benjamin thanks 'past self' in heartfelt Instagram post

Ben&Ben’s Paolo Benjamin has nothing but gratitude for his past self. 

On Instagram, Paolo composed a heartfelt message directed towards his former self, accompanied by a carousel of photos capturing moments from the good old days and as a Ben&Ben vocalist. The soundtrack to this reflective post was the band's own song, "Courage."

“Thank you, past self,” Paolo began. 

He then talked about pursuing his dreams, “and not giving up even when it seemed impossible.” 

“You’re now slowly but surely achieving your biggest dreams one by one, alongside some of your best friends,” he added. 

He ended his post with an uplifting message by saying: “All your struggles were worth it.”

Last October, Ben&Ben released the acoustic version of “Courage,” dedicated to fans who face personal struggles.

On December 1, the OPM band dropped the full band version of the song. 

It was also in October when the Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA) announced that the 2007 blockbuster film  "One More Chance," starring John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo, will be adapted into a musical and will feature the songs of Ben&Ben.
