Nico Bolzico's secret to keeping a relationship strong and healthy? 'Loyalty'

Nico Bolzico’s seven-year marriage with Solenn Heussaff just keeps on getting stronger, with Nico always being fully open to going above and beyond to maximize the happiness of his one and only “wifezilla.”

Now a book author after releasing a special manual for his fellow “bullied husbands,” Nico defined one of the important aspects of keeping a relationship strong and healthy: loyalty.

“Loyalty, it’s a principle,” Nico told GMA News Online.

He noted that loyalty involves many things, but for him, “when it comes to a couple and to a partner, loyalty goes beyond physical.”

“Loyalty [means you] give yourself [a] hundred percent to that other person, and it’s all about making sure that the person you are with is the person for you, that you’re in love."

Nico also acknowledged that problems may arise from time to time, especially for couples in long-term relationships, “but as long as you give your all and that [you don’t] give up on that person because you truly love that person and you’re loyal to that person, all the levels, mental, physical, heart, soul, everything, you need to give it all and fight for it.”

“Sometimes, things don’t work and we have examples today, right? So, it’s not wrong, right? Some things don’t work and sometimes, they [have] different paths, as long as you respect, love, that’s also fine,” he added.

Nico on Tuesday launched his special book, “Bullied Husbands Club - The Manual,” which contains 50 articles filled with tips and recommendations for his fellow husbands.

He and Solenn tied the knot in France in May 2016. They have two daughters, Thylane and Maëlys.

On his 40th birthday last October, Nico reminded his followers to take care of relationships and prioritize happiness.

"Who you marry will play a fundamental role on who you become and what you achieve,” he wrote.
