Iza Calzado brings daughter Deia where husband Ben Wintle proposed
Iza Calzado created another special experience for Deia Amihan.
The actress took her baby girl to Sonya’s Garden, the popular bed and breakfast in Tagaytay. What made their time there extra meaningful is that this is where Iza’s now-husband, Ben Wintle, proposed to her.
Iza posted Instagram photos and videos of a happy 10-month-old Deia.
“Several years ago, Ben proposed to me in this lovely place in front of friends and family,” Iza said in her caption.
“Now, as our family grows, we get to explore and experience @sonyasgarden through the lens of our darling Deia,” she added.
She then thanked the venue’s owner and their staff for taking care of their family.
Iza said, “We feel so blessed by your love.”
Iza and Ben got married in 2018. The actress announced her pregnancy on her 40th birthday.
Deia Amihan is the couple’s first child, named after Iza’s iconic “Encantadia” character.
Iza announced Deia’s birth in March and revealed her face in April.
She also spent her first birthday as a mom with a dance party last August.
