Chito Miranda proud of wife Neri after successful release of 'Wais Na Misis' book
Chito Miranda could not help but flex the success of his wife Neri Naig after she published her first book, "Wais Na Misis: The Wise Homemaker."
On Instagram, Sunday, Chito shared a selfie of him and Neri during a book signing event.
According to the Parokya ni Edgar frontman, Neri initially felt nervous, thinking that no one will buy her book. But that was not the case.
"Sabi nung isang sales lady, sobrang dami na daw nilang nabenta na libro. Kinailangan na daw nila mag-restock kasi naubos daw yung nasa shelf," he said. "Sobrang nagulat si Neri."
"Pagtingin niya, sobrang daming nakapila tapos 'yung iba, pa-sampu sampu kung bumili ng libro kasi ipan-reregalo daw nila (max of 10 books lang daw kasi pwede per tao), tapos may mga pamilya, lalake, halo halo talaga. Sobrang nakakatuwa!"
Chito thanked everyone who bought Neri's book, sharing that some bought several copies because they liked it so much and wanted their family and friends to read it, too.
"Sobrang saya ko talaga for Neri," he said. "Congrats, asawa ko! I'm so proud of you."
Neri released "Wais Na Misis" earlier this month. The mom and entrepreneur shared that book talks about her many failures and how she looks at it as "feedback" instead.
Chito and Neri got married in 2014. They have two sons, Miggy and Cash, and an adopted daughter named Pia.
