Rob Gomez shares update on fixing relationship with Shaila Rebortera, daughter: 'It's going great'

Rob Gomez is still trying to fix his relationship with his partner, Shaila Rebortera, and their daughter.

In a media conference on Wednesday for his upcoming series “Lovers/Liars,” Rob told GMA News Online that things are “going great.”

“It’s going great, actually,” he simply said.

“I’m working on it, still working on it, but everything’s great, I hope. I hope,” Rob added.

Last month, the actor revealed that it had been a while since he saw Shaila and their daughter after they left home.

Rob said that they’re trying to fix their relationship internally and that he believes everything will soon be okay.

In August, Rob came clean and clarified that he is not actually single after saying that he was in an interview on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda."

He recently starred in the hit GMA afternoon prime series "Magandang Dilag” with Herlene Budol and has now joined the cast of “Lovers/Liars.”

He will star alongside Claudine Barretto, Polo Ravales, Michelle Vito, Lianne Valentin, and more.

In the upcoming series, Rob’s character will be entangled in a love triangle, caught between the characters played by Michelle and Polo.

“Lovers/Liars” will air on GMA Telebabad on November 20. It is a collaboration between GMA Network and Regal Entertainment.
