Buboy Villar gets emotional when talking about his kids: 'Sila ang mundo ko'

Buboy Villar couldn’t help but shed some tears while talking about his children with Angillyn Gorrens.

In Monday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Buboy said the only lesson he wants to impart to his kids, Vlanz Karollyn and George Michael, is respect.

“‘Wag na ‘wag nila kakalimutan ‘yung salitang respeto,” he said.

“Hanggang sa tumanda sila, respeto, ang kasunod no’n ay trust, at ang sumunod ay love,” he added.

[They should never forget the word respect. Even as they grow old, respect is followed by trust then love.]

Buboy also admitted having a hard time juggling work and his time for his family.

“Ayaw kong nakatambay sa bahay. Gusto ko laging nagtatrabaho, [pero] dahil diyan, siguro may nawala, dahil di ko nabigay ‘yung time,” he said.

[I don't like just hanging around at home. I always want to be working, but because of that, maybe something got lost because I couldn't give the time.]

In the end, Buboy said that he would choose his kids’ welfare over and over again.

“Ang pinili ko ay ang mga anak ko kasi sila ang mundo ko eh,” he said.

[I chose my children because they are my world.]

Buboy and Angillyn ended their relationship in October 2020.

Even after their breakup, they maintained a friendship and continued to co-parent their children.
