KC Concepcion gives advice to single ladies and says her heart is okay

KC Concepcion took to her vlog to answer the #AskMeAnything questions her fans sent on Instagram last week.

From her favorite scent to artists she looks up to, KC gamely answered and even shared insights in between.

One fan asked if she has advice for single ladies and KC answered, “I love being in my 30s. I think our 30s are a lot more empowering, and a lot more fun than your 20s,” she shared.

“Because you know yourself better or you should know yourself better. ‘Yung strengths ninyo, ‘yung weaknesses ninyo, ‘yung maging totoo kayo kung hanggang saan lang kayo, plus sana by now may work na talaga kayo, kung hindi man career path like nagwo-work kayo so you should have more money than you did in your 20s,” she added.

[Your strengths, your weaknesses, being honest about what you can offer. And hopefully by now, you already have a job, even if it’s not a career path, having a job is important.]

The daughter of Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion also highlighted the importance of taking care of one’s health, mentioning that life in the 30s is “like being in your 20s, but better.”

She also imparted wisdom about finding your tribe, knowing who your true friends are, and doing things for the people you love.

“You’re still young, and especially now it’s a lot easier to travel, mas marami na tayong alam because of social media so I think in your 30s, it’s a good time to still enjoy life. What our lives will look like in the next five years depends on what we do now,” KC shared.

[We’re well-informed because of social media.]

When it comes to answering a question about the state of her heart, the entrepreneur cheerfully said it’s “shining, shimmering, splendid, and bejeweled.” “In other words, okay naman siya,” she quipped.

[My heart’s okay.]

KC has been quite busy in the past few weeks. In addition to her appearance as a guest on her parents’ successful concert, “Dear Heart,” she consistently updates her vlog.

One recent episode features her collection of old letters written to her mom, Sharon.
