Joyce Pring reveals she has a 'Mama Day' spent away from her babies
Joyce Pring shared a motherhood hack to help her keep her sanity as a mom of two: having a "mama day!"
On Instagram, Joyce said she and her husband Juancho Triviño devised for her to have a day off away from their little ones every once in a while.
She will have the day to herself, enjoying sometime outside the house that is not related to work or family.
"It was a forced day off at the start — my husband had to drag me out of the house because my crippling mom guilt implored me to [stay] with Eliam," Joyce said.
"But after a bit of a break I noticed how much more refreshed and ready I was to care for him. So we've been trying to do this more often! Day off ni Inday," she added.
The media personality also included a video showing what she did during her latest mama day: visiting the dentist, getting her lashes done, and having a chiropractor and physical therapy session.
Joyce married Juancho in 2020. They welcomed their first child, Alonso Eliam, in 2021 and their daughter Agnes Eleanor followed earlier this year.
