Carla Abellana happy shares she's moved on from Tom Rodriguez

Carla Abellana says she has moved on from her ex-husband, Tom Rodriguez, and she is in fact very happy.

The Kapuso actress shared the happy development during her contract signing 

According to an “Unang Balita” report, the actress said this during her contract signing with her new talent management company, All Access to Artists.

“Oo naman po, definitely po. Nabanggit ko po kanina, nahanap ko na po ‘yung aking peace,” Carla firmly said.

“Talagang nasara ko na po ‘yung chapter na ‘yun ng aking buhay. Lagpas-lagpas pa po ako sa pagmu-move on, ‘yung ganun,” she continued.

“So masayang-masaya po ako, definitely,  masaya po ako kung nasaan ako sa buhay ko ngayon,” Carla added.

However, Carla admitted that she is still not comfortable working with Tom.

It's been a little over a year after all when Tom announced — in June last year — that he was already divorced from Carla.

The two had been dating for seven years before tying the knot in October 2021.

Since their separation, Carla has been sharing some social media posts about her healing and self-love journey, which included a visual poem titled “Mahinahon.”

Carla is set to star in the upcoming GMA Afternoon Prime series “Stolen Life” with Gabby Concepcion and Beauty Gonzalez.
