Kris Bernal uses pizza to demonstrate how babies breastfeed in hilarious video

Kris Bernal welcomed herself to the pa-dede club with a hilarious video!

On Instagram, Sunday, the actress shared a clip of her demonstrating how babies breastfeed, using a pizza of all things.

While she was doing the demonstration, her own baby, Hailee Lucca, was peacefully doing the real thing at her breast.

"So grateful for the past month of being able to nurture my baby in this way. Yet, as much of a gift and honor it is, it has also been one of the most challenging things I've ever done," Kris said.

"Cluster feeding, waking up every 2-3 hours, cracked nipples, back pain from bad posture, washing pump and bottles, engorged and leaky breasts, clogged milk ducts, diet restrictions, crying real tears over spilled milk, feeling anxious whenever baby cries.. This isn't easy!"

Kris sent all her love to her fellow dede-cated moms who have gone through similar struggles.

"Whether you choose to breastfeed, bottle feed, formula feed, exclusively pump, or whatever million other perfectly acceptable ways there are to feed your kid, they will all try to eat sand, dirt, and dust bunnies at some point. So just do you, momSHE!"

Kris married businessman Perry Choi in 2021. She gave birth to Hailee Lucca via caesarean section in August.

The actress has been sharing her pregnancy and motherhood journey on social media. 

Previously, Kris revealed that she had a low-lying placenta and and her plan to undergo po ge lai or Chinese postpartum recovery.
