Yassi Pressman on breakup with Jon Semira: 'I really still wish him the best'
Yassi Pressman said she still wishes her ex-partner Jon Semira well despite their breakup.
On Thursday's episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," Yassi opened up about her recent separation with the entrepreneur.
"I do respect [Jon's privacy,] and our relationship was always private din naman," the actress said.
"Unfortunately, it just didn't really go that way [but] at the end of the day, I value the time that I had with the person," she added.
According to Yassi, she still has a good talking relationship with Jon since they have businesses together.
"Lahat naman po ng may malaking naiambag sa buhay ko, hindi ko makakalimutan and what's beautiful din po is that we still have a good talking relationship," she said.
"Despite not going that way, I really still wish him the best, and he wishes me the best as well," she added.
Last month, Jon denied a third-party rumor about their separation through a social media statement.
"It was a decision made [by] the both of us, and us only. The [third-party] rumors are false," Jon wrote.
Following the breakup rumors, Yassi has been linked to Camarines Sur Governor Luigi Villafuerte and had a viral video getting cozy with Ilocos Norte representative Sandro Marcos.
Yassi is set to star in the GMA Public Affairs series "Black Rider" as Ruru Madrid's leading lady. They also have an upcoming film, "Video City," which will hit the cinemas starting September 20.
