KC Concepcion opens up on her love life

KC Concepcion has opened up on the status of her love life.

In an interview on "Updated with Nelson Canlas," KC said that she and her special someone just met recently.

"Bago lang kami nag-meet so it's really nice to get to know someone, to have someone you know be there in my every day and to really have someone also to share my happiness with, ganiyan," she said.

"Wala pang pinag-uusapang next step bago pa lang talaga, so wala akong makukuwento," she added.

KC said that their story is not as cinematic or exciting as her parents' love story.

"Sabi ko ito pala 'yong feeling na parang ninu-nurture mo lang 'yung friendship or 'yung meron kayo and then 'yong walang ibang distraction and you know you would want the person to get to know you for you. Not really for the artista you," she said.

"So I'm very careful not to put everything out there too much."

KC turned 38 years old in April.

She is the daughter of former couple Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion, who are set to reunite for a concert in October.

Earlier, KC expressed her excitement for the upcoming event.
