Derrick Monasterio and Elle Villanueva are now officially together!

Derrick Monasterio and Elle Villanueva are officially a couple!

In an interview with PEP.ph, Derrick revealed that he and Elle have been in an relationship for three months now.

"Siguro mga three months ago. Bagu-bago pa lang na official, ha?" the Sparkle star said. "Pero, mga one and a half years na kami sa kung ano ang treatment namin sa isa't isa na walang label."

"Matagal na kaming magkakilala, 'yung walang label before, ha? Ngayon... oo na. Oo, less than a year," he said.

Derrick also shared that he has already met Elle's family.

"Ngayon, nakakausap ko na ang mom niya. Naka-bond ko na. Nakaka-text ko na minsan," he said. "Hindi pa kami nagkakaroon ng heart-to-heart talk ng mommy niya. Siguro, nangyayari 'yan in a few years siguro. Masyado pang maaga."

"Kailangan ko pa rin siguro i-prove sa kanya, at hindi lang kay Elle, na worthy ako para sa anak niya para mas maganda ang chances."

The couple is set to star in the upcoming series "Makiling."

They previously starred in the 2020 afternoon series "Return to Paradise."

Earlier this year, Elle admitted that Derrick was courting her. They also spoke about their "no label relationship" and their commitment to each other.

Elle currently stars as Eva Sanchez in "Voltes V: Legacy."
