Carla Abellana has advice about finding your 'true friends'

Carla Abellana has something to say about friendships.

On Instagram, the actress said in a reel that "anyone can show up when you're happy."

"But those who stay by your side when your heart falls apart, those are your true friends,” she added.

Carla previously got real about forgiveness and the struggles of being an actress . She also said that she is in a better place now .

Carla is the star of "Stolen Life," the upcoming GMA Afternoon Prime series along with Beauty Gonzalez and Gabby Concepcion .

She also had a supporting role in “ Voltes V: Legacy ” as Dr. Mary Ann Armstrong, which she said came at the right time .
