Jennylyn Mercado or Dennis Trillo? Who does Dylan take after?

Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo's daughter, Dylan, has been captivating fans' social media timelines with her irresistible charm and adorable photos!

But whom does she take after, her mom Jennylyn or dad Dennis?

In an episode of "Updated with Nelson Canlas," Jennylyn said fans constantly notice Dylan's resemblance to Dennis.

"'Kamukhang-kamukha ni Dennis,' 'yon 'yong palagi kong nakikita," she said. "'Grabe parang kakambal ni Dennis,' 'yong mga ganu'n 'yong mga comment."

Host Nelson, however, begs to differ.

"Hindi ako ah, kasi alam ko 'yong itsura mo mula pagkabata e, nakikita ko 'yong ano e 'yong hati kayong dalawa," he said.

Jennylyn was overjoyed to hear that, exclaiming, "Yehey!"

But personality-wise, Jennylyn said that she shares more similarities with Dylan.

"Parang ako. Ako. Oo," she said, sharing that Dylan is "ma-clingy, active siya tapos madaldal, mahilig sa mga songs, tapos very, very smart."

"Tsaka ano siya medyo loud lang siya. So talagang parang baka ako nga. Baka sa akin nga," she added.

Jennylyn and Dennis tied the knot in 2021, shortly after announcing they were engaged and expecting their first child together.

They welcomed Dylan in May 2022.

Dylan was recently part of her parents' funny TikTok skit, where Dennis showed the funny reality of being a dad.

Both Jennylyn and Dennis have upcoming Kapuso series. Jen is starring with Xian Lim on "Love. Die. Repeat," while Dennis is starring with Bea Alonzo on "Love Before Sunrise."
